Based on the shores of lake Zürich with partners world-wide, Xandance & Partners connects family offices and venture capital companies globally. We source and share select investment opportunities, private transactions, and direct investments in the alternative investment space.
The companies in our portfolio go through a multi-stage vetting phase before we start working with them to acquire additional funding and partners by connecting family offices, VC’s etc. from our network, while also investing in them ourselves.
We are industry agnostic, but predominantly work with companies that have a finalized product, proven business model, an excellent executive team and are now looking to grow.

Founder & Managing Partner
Werner has over 30 years of experience across asset classes globally, ranging from trading and sales of emerging markets equities to managing the business development departments of several hedge funds globally to sourcing several exciting investment opportunities in the private equity and real estate space. Werner is an entrepreneur who uses his vast network to source, match and exit opportunities. Werner´s international career began with Robert Fleming in Frankfurt, UBS in London, Morgan Stanley London/Singapore where he co-managed the international sales desk to JP Morgan in London and Frankfurt responsible for the banks most senior continental relationships. Later he managed the business development of a multi billion USD commodity macro hedge fund in New York. Werner lives in both Zürich and Berlin.
His global network of family offices and other investors combined with a very deep understanding of the alternative investment space has led to the creation of Xandance & Partners with its mission to offer Family Offices a source of knowledge within the alternative investment space.
